I agree smokers have the right to do it, it is their choice, but my 14month old and my 4 year old have no say in the matter, and I HATE them being exposed to second hand smoke. They have to rely on me and my husband to remove them from the area...and if it is outside already, say a park, is that fair?
For the smokers, say you don't drink, or do drugs. How would you feel if it was forced on you or your children? I am not trying to be confrontational, just trying to offer a different perspective. If it is something you are against that effects your health, and it was forced on you, wouldn't you want laws to protect you as well?
