OMG! This is just SO AWFUL!!! What is WRONG with people these days! Everyone is worried about their KIDS being kidnapped - and now we have to worry about our DOGS!
This is so sad
I feel so sorry for her owners. I truly do hope and pray that they catch the CREEP who took her and I hope they get their sweet little baby back!
