I have had to tube fed a few and the only difference I would note is if the puppy didnt get the first colostrum from the mom because it was too weak to suck, then it may be more prone to getting sick than a puppy that nursed right from the start. I dont think it would affect anything else. I am not sure why anyone would tube feed a puppy for 6 weeks though. They can eat food at around 4 weeks.
