this problem is on Caesar all the time. he puts them in a sit or lay down about 10 feet from the door and makes them stay. if they move, he walks back over to the and puts them in position again. This is done until they stay there and you can walk in and out of the door freely. to get their attention if they start to move he either snaps his finger or uses the 'shhht' noise. it takes persistence, so practice this when you have time and not when your running out the door.
