Teddy does this very thing. It has gotten to the point where I put him in his room and THEN leave. He did the whole biting thing as well, but at this point, after many times, he now goes into his room without so much of a peep or bite. Hang in there! I still have issues with him. If I leave, even for 5 minutues, he has to be put in a room, and my grandmother will let him out after I'm gone. Then he spends the rest of the time, sitting by the door awaiting my return. It's frustrating at times, but just think, your baby loves you so much that she never wants you to go. Separation anxiety at its worst, I'm afraid.
