I have always groomed Lacey & Lindsey and they will always have long hair. They have been good with the long hair and seem to enjoy having it whether Im brushing, trimming, or just doing a massage. Maybe its the female instinct, ha ha ha ha .There were times when I had to give them different bows, just to tell them apart quickly, but now we can tell easily where others can't.
There are a lot of yorkies that do not have the long hair and people are always asking me what kind of dog they are but they also comment on how beautiful they look and I think they actually "love the attention" !
