It means if you have two parti yorkie's and you breed them you might have a chance of having white yorkies. Some only carry the gene and they show a white spot like on there chest or they have clear toenails. This is not the breed standard, but it is really different to see. Expecially if you are not expecting it. If you use the search button on here and look up brewiers and parti I am sure that you will see pictures of some that were just born lately. It was a real shock to them because they had no idea. I just learned about this myself so I may be off a little on what I told you. But this is how I understand it. Good luck.
