This new baby started out really small, 1 oz. and they tube fed the babies until about 6 wks. my concern is because everytime I saw them, they looked like baked potatoes they were so fat and full all the time. Is that bad to have them get SO full everytime? I just know how miserable I feel when I over eat, and will that affect her muskoskeletal skeletal system to be filled that full all the time? I was also wondering if these little ones slow down their growth sooner than other breeds? My little MiMi is 4 mo. old and has been 1# 12 oz. for about a month now. She is very healthy but really little.

Thanks for all of your help and expert advice, I REALLY appreciate it.

wow thats a long time to tube feed. why did they tube feed after a month old? They should of been able to suck on bottles at a few weeks. and could eat on their own at 4 weeks so was wondering why the tube feed for 6 weeks. they shouldnt over feed them. but most healthy puppys do look fat at that age.
