And I can wear some smalls in shirt sizes. I still want to lose that stubborn 6 pounds so I have some room for the holidays. OK - we all keep each other motivated to lose....now the hard months are a head of us all - parties, baking, cooking. Just keep counting calories in and calories out and exercise when you can. Hey - if I can do it - you guys can do it (I'm over 50!! and our metabolism is way slower than you young people!!!). Oh and I'm 5'6 so now my BMI is definitely on the low end and no longer in the "overweight catagory" which freaked me out last December when I first went to the nutrionist.

Happy October everyone!
Wow again! Great job--the new jeans must look and feel terrific.

I'm 5'4" and every pound on or off is a big deal it seems------I'd love a couple extra inches. Oh, and I'm 46---slow doesn't describe my metabolism........

I'm keeping you in mind as my inspiration for sure!
