Oh and I'm 5'6 so now my BMI is definitely on the low end and no longer in the "overweight catagory" which freaked me out last December when I first went to the nutrionist.

Wow again! Great job--the new jeans must look and feel terrific.
I'm 5'4" and every pound on or off is a big deal it seems------I'd love a couple extra inches.

Oh, and I'm 46---slow doesn't describe my metabolism........
I'm keeping you in mind as my inspiration for sure!
