CA. has very rigid smoking laws. You can't smoke in ANY business or building and one town just a few miles north of us prohibits smoking anywhere in that town except your own home. Not even outside. If smoking is that harmful, why doesn't the government ban the sale of tobacco? Oh, I know......they are making billions off the tobacco industry.
I don't smoke, but it scares me at how many rights have been taken away.
