The $200 is to help ensure that the person who takes her is able to deal with possible medical expenses that might occur down the road. Not that its a guarantee because everyone runs short some months. Hopefully we all know by now to put some money away when possible for medical issues but its just too dangerous to give a Yorkie away for free. Especially one that cannot be spayed.
It sounds like your hubby is starting to come around since he is looking on the internet for a new baby. I knew he would, its just impossible not to love these little fur faces!
