I just read the information on the AKC site. There is alot to this bill, but most of it looks good IMO. I know there are many out there who would disagree. True rescue programs that are not doing it for proffitt will not be effected. Hobby breeders who produce fewer than 25 pups or 7 litters a year will not be effected which ever comes first. There may be more released on this bill that could change my view, but so far it looks like the bill may help alot.
