I'm so sorry to hear about your baby.
I think you should explain to your husband how hurt you feel that he isn't really considering your feelings. It is hard to spend money and have the puppy die, but your relationship with him and your feelings about getting a puppy are more important than money. I would have a heart to heart with him about it. Then, when you are ready, I would start looking for a rescue/rehome that needs the kind of love and caring that you can give to yorkie. That way, you show that you are considering hubby's point of view about the money, but he must also see your point of view about wanting a yorkie. Good luck!
