Here is something to try. When Kayko starts to act up tell him to "QUIT IT"(or whatever word you choose). If he doesn't stop, say "QUIT IT" again while squirting Kayko in the face with the water bottle. If he stops, say "Good Boy" and reward him with treats or whatever.
