Well, CA is getting pretty strict, which I think is GREAT! They have proof now that 3rd hand smoke (stuff in fabric or on ppls skin) can lead to cancer. I hate walking outside of a nice restaurant and walking into a cloud of smoke with my kids.

Now, out here in Japan, it is another story. I hate going out, because it seems that EVERYONE smokes here! I dunno, I have never been a smoker and I feel really cholosterphobic around the smoke.
