I got on the scale this morning and I gained

I can't believe it!
I have been under 1200 calories, low fat, no sugar for two weeks.
I went from 145.6 to 146.2

Hello, how did that happen.
Well on the bright side maybe I will loose double this week. I will
not give up. Weird! Maybe because I don't have too much to loose.
Only 8lbs but I want them "OFF".
Hope you all did better.
