If it was me - I would most certainly take the smaller one! It is always a risk, but I think you are safer with the smaller one not going beyond the standard, especially since you do not want a 9 pound yorkie. Going by King's House chart - 2 pound/32 oz. pup at 8 weeks probably get to 5.5 - 6 pounds. But this is just a guess estimated adult weight. Does anyone have the link to that chart?
