My Maddie is sensitive in that area too. Sometimes when I pick her up and apply any pressure in that area, she lets out a yelp. After reading your thread and looking at the pictures, I checked Maddie to see if she is sensitive in that area, and she does seem to be...noticing it in her breath and in her body...almost feeling like a spasm. Maddie has IBD which has been under control for the most part, so I don't think that would have anything to do with it. Next time I take her to the vet, I'm going to ask him. I never really thought about it until seeing your thread and pictures of where Lexi is sensitive and it's the same place that Maddie is. Hope your little Lexi is feeling better! She's sure a little doll!
