Bentley got neutered a couple of months ago and they did not give us a special collar for him to wear. He didn't have a problem with the licking. Every time he looked like he might lick it I told him "no" and he wouldn't do it. Bentley had special surgical glue instead of stiches and after a couple of days there wasn't much danger of it coming open (the big thing was not to bathe him for a week). |
