In Philadelphia it isn't allowed in any restaurants, including bars. It also isn't allowed within 20 feet of public entrances but people still do it anyway.

I wish it would be illegal in the entire city. I hate having to walk behind someone who is just puffing away and blowing it in my face. I also hate when someone who is smoking walks past my apartment and the smoke eventually drifts into my second story windows. Luckily this only happens the few times that it is nice enough to have the windows up (like tonight).
