From what I read it only effects larger breeders. Those that have a few females will not be effected. THe rescue shelters will be effected though. I have in the past rescued animals and then readopted them out. I didn't charge fees, but I know alot of places do. This bill is a tough call on whether it is good or bad there are pros and cons to it.
