I use to work as a vet assist. years ago. And she was not suppose to say that to you. That is not proper "bed side manner." Yes, your vet would want to know this.
I would call him or better yet go in and talk to him about this situation. He may end up loosing valuable business because of her and if he is a great vet - worse end for the dogs. Our dogs need the best care possible - just like humans.
