Fossil Shell Flour is non-toxic and safe, it MUST be food grade...you can put it on the pets skin, (not rubbed in the skin) , on carpet and in the pets bed...you can google it and read it yourself...Freshwater Organics and Perma-Guard sells it...I've heard dog shampoo with Neem oil kills fleas and is safe but it must not have added Pyrethrins in it to be completely safe, some pet stores sell some of these shampoos...
