I has got to the point where Sissy will not touch the dry and eats only the chicken. Im sure she isn't getting the nutrition she needs ,could that be why she wants to eat all the time? She barks at me like 4 times a day wanting food.

Have you thought about just feeding real food? It's the best and healthiest.
