AKC is trying..unfortunately, many millers no longer go the AKC route. Most high volume breeders are CKC and ACA..or like the puppy miller Kelly recently visited...no papers at all.
More and more pet owners tell me pet shop pups are not AKC, plus any breeder who wants to avoid an inspection/DNA/record keeping goes to an alternative registry.
No easy solution is there...? |
