Archie's got those stitches that dissolve, so you can't see them to begin with...how am I supposed to know they've healed?! He's starting to make the e-collar into a toy when he goes outside. He sticks his neck out and scoops up snow in it. He gets food stuck on it all the time! It's really ridiculous...with all the science and technology they MUST come up with something better than a lampshade! We decided we'd leave the e-collar on through the weekend and then figure out what to do because honestly, the vet said to keep it on and I don't really feel like having to go through the surgery again. but it doesn't make it any less of a ludicrous invention...And then...they've got these crazy $400 e-collars! Not to mention e-collars for rats, mice, parakeets, you name it...And best of all, Archie is still humping stuff...
