I was going to suggest the same exact thing. I'm sure that it will run again during this week before the new one airs next Friday.
Some of the things that she did was
1. Take away bed privilages. She must sleep on the floor, in her crate or anywhere except in the bed with you. The alpha dog gets the best sleeping place. I know alot here won't agree but it does make a difference.
2. Don't leave food down all the time. The leader always controls the food and always eats first. So, a feeding schedual and always act as though you are eating some of it before you give it to her.
3. If you are holding her and she growels or tries to bite at someone dog or people say no immediately and then immeditely put her down on the floor. Do this every time so she gets the idea that that behavior gets her negaitve results.
I'm sure i have missed something, so try to watch it this week. I know it will help.
