Absolutely not, Have her bathe her girl with Dawn Liquid Dish Soap and nothing else. There is poisons in the flea soap that can cause problems with the fetus. The problem is that she'll have to make sure that the female's bedding washed in hot water, changed daily.....most likely there are fleas in the house, so daily vacuming will be necessary.
