Honestly, when I was new I used to be afraid to post on any heated topics. I didn't want to get into arguments with people and have them dislike me. But I've come to the realization here on YT that sometimes it doesn't matter what you say or how you say it, people are gonna "take it" the way they want. I don't post on every heated post, b/c frankly I don't read here on YT as much as I used to when I was a newbie. And there still are some that I may come across and never post on. Why? Because I don't need to "get into it" for the sake of "getting into it." I will ONLY write on a heated thread when I have strong feelings about the topic at hand and/or feel as if the OP is getting beat down for no reason. I also try my best not to insult anyone, as I choose my words wisely. I also use emoticons when necessary. If everyone would butt out and not jump in for the hell of it, we wouldn't have unnecessary nasty comments and rudeness all over the place. JMHO
