 Heat or Ice?
Over the summer at church camp I jumped off our cabin's porch and screwed up my knee. It was alright for a while. Now (I'm pretty sure it's because of the weather change) it's starting to bother me again. I was thinking I should put something on it. But I don't know whether to use heat or ice? Any ideas? |
