Oh boy i'm so sorry to hear that. I've had two Yorkies with trach problems and it wasn't fun. It almost sounds like a backwards cough or sneeze and it seems like they can't get enough oxygen. If you worried even a little bit that it could be a trach problem, I would reccommend bringing him to the vet as soon as you can. I will say though whenever I have given any of my babies baths and any amount of water gets in their nose, they make a very similar sounding noise. I hope your baby feels better
