I don't think anyone has a problem with that
I'm all the time saying things with exclamation points out of excitement and in a positive way. Such as "You're dog is so cute!!!" or "I LOVE this dress!!!". I think what people don't like are negative comments with exclamation points such as "You are stupid!!!" or "What are you talking about?!?!?!!!!"
