I agree...and I know that I have a tendancy...often
...to be a little too blunt sometimes. But there are some instances that come up that no matter how nicely you put it, if it's not the desired answer, you are atomatically 'attacking' or should not have 'judged.'
Seems like it's tough to find a good balance.
