He is almost 8 months and I do want to nueter him I just asked her because I didn't see them and didn't know how she would do it. She said it would be similar to a spay. She couldn't feel them in his abdomen either. He also only has 5 or 6 adult teeth and all his baby teeth are there except for 2.
