Oh yeah definitely do away with the kibble, could cause her pretty bad digestive problems if she does eat some because the raw can get stuck behind the kibble (kibble=12-14 hours, raw=4-6 hours for digestion).

Perhaps try and take her for little walks?

At 6 months old her growth will be slowing down alot from now on, so the guidelines for raw would be about 3% of her weight. However remember that you feed the amount for their ideal weight, so of you think she is a bit overweight then feed the guidelines for the weight she should be.

As I said though I always feed to condition, I also don't feed the same amount every day. If they have a very active day then they get more, a lazy day then they get less. Not dissimilar to myself.
