I call Zippy "dumb" but that is a result of my sister not doing enough training with him. In actuality Zippy is very intelligent, you can see it when you ask him to do the few commands that he does know. I think it all really boils down to training, heck alot of human kids these days aren't trained I guess I should call them dumb too.
