If something like that EVER happens again call 911. Does 311 work in every city??? Years ago I know about the people on the block that just let their dogs out and one was attacked from a pit that jumped off the porch. The dog was in the porch unleashed and able to jump out and and small dog was also unleashed. They are both at fault there. I know if a big dog came at us. I would pick her up over my head and take the bites for her. |
