Congratulations since she is only eight months old, I would think her teeth would be in good shape unless they lied about her age. When a pup has an ear infection the whole front of their face smells but the vet will get to the bottom of it. Make sure you was her face every day since food can get stuck on the hair below her mouth and that can cause some odor.
