That's terrible! Yeah it was a mistake, but what if it was something life threatening, like they mixed up her chart with another dog, gave her the wrong medicine or wrong dosage. You hear about that all the time with humans, the charts get mixed up, etc. Now vets too? I would still talk to a lawyer about it.
