I attribute puppy problems like these to the puppy not showing submission when they pick on him. Since yorkies have that self-importance we all love, they have a hard time backing down to aggression. I would just keep an eye on it but not seperate him from the other two. Eventually he will learn his place in the pack and everyone will be happy. If the puppy rolls on his back and shows his belly to them, its THE BEST thing he could do, thats a sign of submission to dogs to expose their vunerable underbelly. If you see him do this, then rest assured he understands that he's the newbie in the pack. Hope this helps.
