I dropped quite a bit quickly about a year or so by writing down everything, even gum, that went into my mouth. It made a huge difference. I was known as the diet nazi.
I have a nice scale but didnt say one way or the other. I was hoping it was afterwards, that meat shrivels when ya cook it, lol.\
