Hi, it's before you cook it. That dosen't mean you can add a load of toppings....lol j/k I NEED to get my scale back out. It truly is the ONLY way to count calories and fat. I just started journeling my food again. I have lost over 200 pounds low fat/low cal I still have a goods way to go. Good Luck!
