Sarge is still a puppy, so I use his playful nature against him and let him play with the toothbrush, tugging it away from him while he's fighting me for it. So when hes in a calmer mood he thinks its one of his toys I'm moving around in his mouth and were playing.
He might grow out of it, but its working for now.
