Try one of those cheap travel toothbrushes and give it to him to chew on. I "brush" my girls teeth with a piece of guaze wrapped around my finger. It it much gentler on their gums and does a really good job of getting stuff off the teeth as well. It is important to be consistent, meaning daily!!!!!

I use Petzlife and found that my kids do not like the salmon flavored but I also found that its not necessary to brush- it gets them clean and keeps them clean which is a god send for me as I have so many babies and several do not like brushing I am going to send along a picture of me and the kids.
