I really liked it. I've watched Grey's since the very first show and I think it is one of the best on TV. I like the new dynamic with Meredith's sister and am very interested to see how things will work with Izzie/George/Cali. I'm guessing that Cali will be pregnant and throw a major wrench into the mix.
As for Private Practice, the spin-off with Addison - I thought it was really good. The writing is very similar to Grey's. I will definitely continue watching.
