The Petzlife will definitely help, but you will need to figure out a way to brush as well.
Try one of those cheap travel toothbrushes and give it to him to chew on. I "brush" my girls teeth with a piece of guaze wrapped around my finger. It it much gentler on their gums and does a really good job of getting stuff off the teeth as well. It is important to be consistent, meaning daily!!!!!
