OUCH! I hope your toe feels better! Definitly go get a tetanus shot like the others recommended! Until you can get to the doctor, clean the puncture wound w/ neosporin or rubbing alcohol. I would've been crying too! I can't even stand a splinter, let a lone a huge tack!
