I wan't very impressed with Private Practice last night either!! I will prob keep watching for awhile to see if I can get into it. We'll see. 
I have lots of scrubs. I worked as a Medical Assistant in a Family practice office for 15 years. I never thought to wear them "after work" lol lol.
