if he's older, you ought to put him on glucosamine. just be sure to research and get your dosage correct. But you can get it in Wal-Mart and it's much cheaper than buying some that is marketed for dogs when it's the same thing. I give my guys theirs in a spoonful of peanut butter, which they LOVE. I even give it to my younger babies, since we're planning on getting everyone into agility eventually. I want to make sure their bones and joints stay healthy.
