How many "bumps" are we talking about here? If there are a LOT of bumps, then it must be some kind allergy or even a fungus. However, if it's only two or three, I would suspect a flea or tick bite. They definitly leave a bump. If you are protecting Mickey with Frontline, that might be the case as the fleas and ticks bite the dog, get the poison, and then drop off. That's one of the reasons we use Advantix.....the drop off BEFORE they bite. However, I'm not sure but what Higgins still get a flea now and then anyway.
